I am aware of downloading highly Confidential Information which is technical and business information including, but not limited to, that which relates to research, products, services, customers, markets, hardware, software, developments, inventions, processes, designs, drawings, engineering or marketing describing or related to development or manufacturing activities of Hyperstone.

Downloaded information shall remain the property of Hyperstone at any time.

By accepting Hyperstone’s web confidentiality agreement, I declare to maintain all documents as confidential that I downloaded from the Hyperstone website.
