Quality Statement

In today’s demanding markets we focus on, highest product quality is an indispensable requirement.

It is important for us to guarantee competence and consistently high quality to our customers. Therefore, Hyperstone has been certified by TÜV Süd according to ISO 9001:2008 for establishing and applying a Quality Management System for development and marketing of industrial flash controllers and microprocessors.

We have defined and structured our internal processes to enable constant control and continuous improvement. This way we ensure our customers not only transparency in our processes, but we also guarantee high-quality products and dependable services – from silicon intellectual properties (SIP) to finished application specific standard products (ASSP).

We constantly strive to maintain our quality to the highest standard and to pass it on to our customers. By providing optimal solutions, we enable our customers to design superior systems.

RoHS Compliance Statement

All devices supplied by Hyperstone as Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) and RoHS 2 compliant contain less than the following permitted levels of hazardous substances:

  • Lead
  • Mercury
  • Cadmium
  • Hexavalent Chromium
  • Polybrominated Biphenyl (PBB)
  • Polybrominated Diphenyl Ether (PBDE)

The maximum concentration for these substances is 0,1% or 1000ppm by weight of homogeneous material, except for cadmium which is limited to 0,01% or 100ppm.

REACH Declaration

Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006 (REACH)

REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorization of Chemical Substances) is the European Community Regulation on chemicals and their safe use. The law entered into force on 1 June 2007.

As Hyperstone does not manufacture or import any chemical in excess of one tonne per year, Hyperstone does not have to register under the regulation. Furthermore Hyperstone products do not contain any “Substances of Very High Concern” (SVHCs).

SVHCs are chemicals that are considered to be toxic, carcinogenic, mutagenic, reproductive toxins and harmful to the environment.
